Your delivery is free of charge to mainland UK. Due to the National Lockdown we are suspending all deliveries outside of mainland UK, we will continue to monitor this situation and update you at our earliest opportunity.

Although we do not foresee deliver delays to the extent experienced in 2020, we are advising of a 7 to 10 working day delivery lead time and we appreciate your understanding for any delays encountered. Be assured that your items will be dispatched as a matter of urgency. For items such as spare parts and accessories, please allow up to 15 working days.

Please note our phone lines have now been switched off as we have made the decision to protect our staff, who are now working from home, managing our email service and live chat.

Delivery of smaller parcels will automatically be attempted, should the delivery fail a card will be left at the delivery address. For pallet deliveries and 2 man deliveries the courier will contact you to book in the delivery date. Please note to meet COVID guidelines and ensure timely deliveries your delivery service may change from a 2 man service to a pallet, curb side service.

Please do not get in touch regarding your order status, especially if it has not been longer than the 10 working days, we are working very closely with our courier teams to ensure as little disruption as possible occurs.

We apologise we cannot provide an exact delivery date for your order and are doing all we can to communicate any changes to delays in an uncertain situation that is changing daily. We are grateful for your order and support, thank you for understanding.
